By booking a discovery call, single session, or package with Kalm with Kally, you agree to the following terms:
1. Session Eligibility
All therapeutic services are strictly for individuals aged 18 and over.
RTT Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool but has specific contraindications. Sessions cannot be provided to individuals experiencing psychosis, schizophrenia, or certain types of epilepsy. By booking, you confirm you do not have these conditions.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the session fee or count as a used session from a multi-treatment package.
3. Fees & Packages
Single Treatments: Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your slot.
3-Treatment Packages (£210): Package fees must be paid in full upfront. All sessions within a package must be utilised within 6 months of purchase and are non-refundable once the first session has commenced.
